Meet the Kosses! Adam and Stacey (Anastasia) moved to Park Lane Drive in 2020 with their then one-month-old daughter, Daria. Their second daughter, Victoria, arrived in 2022. Their home was originally built by the Milano family, founders of the Villa Milano Banquet Center. Stacey, Adam, and her parents have spent years restoring the house to its original beauty, refurbishing the rosewood details in the great room and the original textured wallpaper.
Drawn to the village for its unique homes and history, they love the strong sense of community fostered by neighborly connections and the way the village comes together. The family enjoys MPCA events, exploring walking paths, and spending time at the pool.
In 2022, Stacey got more involved in the community and successfully ran for village council. She now serves as Chair of the Streets Committee and serves on the Legislation and Service Committees.
Adam was born in NYC and grew up in Livingston, NJ. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University (GA) and a Doctor of Medicine from the American University of Antigua School of Medicine. He completed his Neurology Residency at Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine, where he met Stacey. Adam is currently a Vascular Neurologist with TeleSpecialists.
Stacey was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and moved to Baltimore with her parents at age six before the family settled in Powell, OH, when she was in high school. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Literature from OSU, and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine. Stacey completed her residency at the Dayton VA Medical Center. She and Adam first met when they shared a patient, and their relationship blossomed despite, as they say, the demanding residency hours. Stacey now practices at Foot & Ankle Physicians of Ohio.
The family loves to entertain and often hosts gatherings at their home. They enjoy antiquing and thrifting with friends, spending time on the golf course, and attending the Memorial Tournament each year. They look forward to celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s with family!
Fun facts:
Stacey is teaching both daughters Russian. At just 4 and 2 years old, both girls can speak and understand English and Russian!
Stacey is an expert thrifter and antique collector. While the family has worked hard to restore the home’s original details, she has filled it with many unique and beautiful pieces.
Adam plays jazz guitar and was part of a jazz ensemble at Emory. One day after practice, he stopped by a local coffee shop hosting an open mic. Among the small crowd was John Mayer, who struck up a conversation with Adam about his guitar. John invited Adam to join him on stage for an impromptu performance!
